Exchange and returns
- Exchange only, no refunds. If you change your mind, you can exchange a product for another product. We do not give money back.
- Exchange within 7 days of delivery. The pack must be unopened, sealed and in its original condition. Please share your order number (for example DM261011-ABC).
- Exchange for any product of the same value. Example: a ₹200 product can be exchanged for another ₹200 product. If the new product costs more, you pay the difference by UPI.
- Wrong or damaged item? Tell us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it free of charge.

When we do refund
If you have paid and we cancel your order (for example, we cannot deliver it), we refund the full amount to the UPI account you paid from within 5–7 working days. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 24 hours, and no payment is taken.
Delivery
- We deliver only in Ulwe, Navi Mumbai (PIN 410206) for now. We are working on delivery to other areas.
- Delivery is free and happens within 48 hours of your payment being confirmed.
- Delivery preferences such as "Don't ring the bell" or "Leave at the door" can be chosen in your bag before ordering. You can also add a note for the shop.
- When your order is delivered, its status changes to "Delivered" under My orders.
Orders and payment
- Payment is by UPI only (scan the QR or pay to our UPI ID). There is no cash on delivery.
- An order is confirmed once we have verified your payment; you receive an email when it is confirmed.
- To keep stock fair for everyone, each customer can buy up to 10 packs of a product in 24 hours.
- Prices shown are the prices you pay. Delivery is free.
Your account
You can delete your account at any time under My details. Your account is closed immediately and your personal details are erased after 30 days. The same email cannot be used for a new account during those 30 days. See the privacy notice for details.
